Beasley is such a happy girl, vibrant and full of life. She loves to play with stuffies, she loves to squeek and toss them and she loves to play tug of war with them. Then if she wants to play and the stuffies don't interest her she has been known to lay on her back and chase her tail. How does she do it? It's so funny to watch her manouver that long lanky body but she does!
When Beasley first came here she and the cat got along just fine but sometime after she discovered stuffies I think she began to have trouble with the difference between the two. She is not cat safe and probably not small dog safe as well. She does well with older children and loves for my 10 year old grandson to visit. I never have a problem crating her and sometimes at night when it is bed time she will come and get me to put her to bed. She walks beside me like she is supposed to when on the leash and loves to take walks. Sometimes the scents on the ground drive her crazy and she may put that nose to the ground and forget herself for a moment but she is easily brought into check. She is one loveable girl!

See the light around her head like a halo? That's because she is so sweet and like an angel. Now once I said she was practically perfect in every way, and while she is not perfect, she is well behaved and loves Sunny and Breeze! Especially Breeze! I don't know, there may be a little romance going on there but really, I think it's more like a good bonding friendship. They love to run, to race and patrol together. Breeze and Sunny don't even fuss when that helicopter tail gets them in the face sometimes. They just flench, scowel, and turn away!

Beasley and her foster sister take a much needed nap after working very hard! "What kind of work?" you ask. OH, you know, getting up in the morning. Taking a stroll in the pen, patroling the birds and rabits, waiting patiently for breakfast, then that ever important effort of eating every last bite from the food dish, you know, all the hard things of everyday greyhound life!
